The CZ 557 Sporter combines decades of experience and a departure from the Mauser styled bolt action to craft an excellent hunting rifle that is sure to become a classic. It has a short extractor with a plunger style ejector combining smooth operation with enhanced ejection. This push feed system makes it much easier to load that single shot for range work. The receiver is machined from a solid single steel billet with integral 19mm dovetails for mounting optics. The bolt can be cycled when on safe and it features CZ’s fully adjustable trigger system.
